It was my second semester at Maywood Academy high school and one of my classes was physical education. For this class I was instructed to make a homemade Weight Out of household items. My introduction was to construct a weight that can help me do exercise or add more MUSCLE onto my body. When I go home with the information my physical education instructor gave me I begin to work. I will see what substances that I had in my house that weighed the most.I went from rags to cooking supplements. Sooner or later I ended up using sugar and baking powder. To me these two substances together made it feel heavier. After I found the two substances that would help my weight come together I begin constructing My holder which would hold the two supplements. I decided to use an old pencil pouch. So I started to decorate the pouch by covering the see-through window it had soon after I begin to add three metal strings to each hole. I started to see the these strings helped me do more exercise positions. My home made weight could be used to do sit-ups, crunches PUSH-UPS and running. The weight can help you build up to higher heavier weights. The weight can also help you build up muscle and mold your body to your dream body.
